Payment Terms

Bank Wire
We only accept payment by Bank wire and details will be provided upon request. We cannot ship until bank wires have been cleared and funds have been received by our banking institution. E-mail info@tahomawatches.com for bank wire details.

Warranty

We warrant that all watches are original as described, authentic, and in good working order. As most watches for sale on the site are of ‘vintage’ and ‘delicate’ nature, we do not offer any additional warranties unless noted otherwise.

International Orders

Import Duties and Tax
Since import taxes and/or duties that your government might impose on products shipped from the United States may apply, you (the customer), are solely responsible for shipping charges, taxes, and duties, once goods arrive in your country.

Duties and tax for warranty and damage replacement items
Even though you(the customer) may have paid shipping, taxes or duty on your original order, it is important to understand that your government may impose duties and taxes for warranty items or replacement items damaged during shipment from the United States. You (the customer), are solely responsible for shipping charges, taxes, and duties, once goods arrive in your country.

Shipping and Delivery times

Shipping policy
All items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days upon the receipt of full payment. All packages shipped within the US are shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight, and international packages are shipped via FedEx international priority.
In order to protect your shipment from theft, we require a direct signature when delivered. How ever we highly recommend you to pick up packages at your nearest Fedex Locations.

Undeliverable/Rejected Packages

If your package was rejected by your local Customs Bureau or the shipment could not be delivered and was returned to us for any reason, we are not responsible for the shipping costs.

Damaged Packages
If your package is damaged, you MUST contact us within 3 days from delivery via e-mail at info@tahomawatches.com

Please be aware that the watches sold here are susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care and pack very carefully to prevent damage from occurring so that the shipments will arrive safely. Be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us.

If an item arrives damaged, make certain you examine all boxes before acceptance. The delivering agent MUST note damage to any cartons on the release form or refuse acceptance. Notify us immediately so that we may work with you to arrange and expedite an insurance claim. We are not responsible for any denied shipping claims

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns. Returns will be considered only if the item is not in described condition or completely misstated by us on a case by case basis and are completely at our own discretion.

Taxes

Tahoma Watches collects sales tax for shipments within the state of WA. Contact us directly for details.

Privacy Policy
